Therapy for Anxiety, ADHD, and Feeling Stuck
“The thing that is really hard, and really amazing, is giving up on being perfect and beginning the work of becoming yourself.”
— Anna Quindlen
If you spend your days taking care of others, putting their needs first, and holding it all together, you may feel exhausted, stuck, or disconnected from yourself. Fear of failure can make it hard to take risks or pursue the life you want. You might be hoping to heal from past experiences, build confidence, and create a more fulfilling, meaningful life.
I work with adults who are committed to personal growth and positive change. I support clients navigating giftedness and neurodiversity, including anxiety, ADHD, perfectionism, and underachievement. Together, we focus on building insight, self-compassion, and practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and capable.
I help clients set healthy boundaries, navigate relationship and family challenges, manage stress, and cope with life transitions. Therapy is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and learn how to honor your needs without guilt.
Imagine something more.
Many of the clients I work with struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, decision fatigue, and self-doubt. You may feel secure in what’s familiar—even if it no longer fits—yet unsure how to move forward. Growth often begins when we allow ourselves to imagine something more.
Prioritize your well-being.
“The root of self-care is setting boundaries—it’s saying no to something in order to say yes to your emotional, physical, and mental well-being.”
— Nedra Glover Tawwab
“You may feel very secure in the pond that you are in, but if you never venture out of it, you will never know that there is such a thing as an ocean, a sea. Holding onto something that is good for you now, may be the very reason why you don't have something better.”
